Refund policy
Due to the nature and delicacy of the dresses ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This is the same policy in store and online. For shipping: We require a signature at the time of delivery. Please ensure you track your order to avoid delay of delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Exchanges
No exchanges. Contact store if you have any questions about sizing before you make a purchase.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds.
Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable. If you left a deposit for a special order and decide to cancel, we will not refund the deposit.
Cancellations
We cannot cancel an order after it was placed.
Damages and issues
All dresses are inspected before leaving the store. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.
You have 24 hours after receiving your item to inform us of any damages.
If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. The original shipping fee will not be refunded.
